Terms of Service
The rules for using Hotel Lobby AI Generator: who can use it, what you may upload, how credits work, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Last updated: 2026-10-01
Plain-English summary first, full terms below.
- You must be 18 or older. Upload only videos and photos you own or have permission to use, showing only adults who agreed to it.
- No sexual content, no minors, no impersonation, no deception. We check every upload, refuse what breaks the rules, and permanently close any account that sexualizes minors.
- Your uploads stay yours. We use them only to make your video, delete them within 24 hours, delete finished videos after 7 days, and never use them to train AI models.
- Credits are one-time purchases, 10 credits per second of video. Failed renders get their credits back automatically. Requests refused under our content rules do not.
- Label your videos as AI-generated when you post them. Disputes go to individual arbitration in Delaware unless you opt out within 30 days, and our liability is limited.
1. Who we are
Hotel Lobby AI Generator (hotellobbyaigenerator.org, the "service") is operated by Springtide Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Content Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You confirm this each time you tick the consent box before generating a video.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One account per person. Accounts created to get around a pause or ban, or to collect extra free credits, may be closed and their credits voided.
3. The service
You upload a short video of one or two people and one or two face photos. Our third-party AI providers generate a new video in which the people in the photos replace the people in the video, keeping the motion, framing and background. We use up to 10 seconds of your video, starting where you choose. Audio is always removed from the result. Rendering usually takes 3 to 7 minutes.
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time.
4. Your content and the license you give us
"Your content" means the videos and photos you upload and the videos the service generates for you.
- You keep whatever rights you have in your content. We do not claim ownership. As between you and us, the videos generated for you are yours, although AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright everywhere.
- You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, process and transmit your content only to provide the service to you: to run safety checks, to send it to our AI providers to generate your video, and to deliver the result. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for the safety records described in our Privacy Policy.
- We never use your content to train AI models.
- Uploads are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Finished videos are kept for 7 days so you can download them, then deleted. Download anything you want to keep.
5. Your promises to us
Each time you upload, you promise that:
- you own the video and photos, or the owner has allowed you to use them this way;
- every identifiable person in them agreed to appear in an AI-generated video, and, where the law requires it (including the biometric laws described in our Privacy Policy), gave that consent in writing;
- no one shown is under 18;
- your use does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights; and
- when you publish a generated video, you will clearly disclose that it is AI-generated, as many platforms and a growing number of deepfake disclosure laws require.
6. What you may not do
Do not use the service to create, upload or share:
- sexual content or nudity of any kind;
- any image or video of a minor;
- non-consensual or intimate imagery of anyone;
- content that impersonates a real person, or that is used for fraud or scams;
- content that harasses, bullies, threatens or humiliates anyone;
- deceptive content about elections, candidates or political issues, or content that makes a real person appear to say or do something they did not, in order to mislead;
- content that defames a real person;
- material that infringes copyright, such as clips you did not film and have no permission to use;
- the likeness of a celebrity or public figure without their permission.
Also do not try to get around our safety checks, remove or hide AI labels or content credentials to pass a video off as real, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or resell access to it.
7. Content safety and enforcement
- Every upload, including your photos and frames sampled from your video, passes an automated content-safety check before generation. Our AI providers may also refuse a request.
- Refused requests count against your account. Repeated refusals pause video generation for 24 hours, then for 7 days, then until a person reviews the account.
- Any content that sexualizes minors closes the account immediately and permanently, and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
- We may remove content, refuse requests, and pause or close accounts that break these Terms or our Content Policy.
- Automated checks make mistakes. If you think we got one wrong, tell us through the takedown form by choosing "Other".
8. Reports, takedowns and copyright
Anyone, with or without an account, can report content at /takedown. We handle reports of non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours, as the TAKE IT DOWN Act requires. Copyright (DMCA) notices also go through that form. Our DMCA designated agent registration is in progress; until it is published here, send notices through the takedown form. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
9. Credits, payments and refunds
- The service runs on credits. Each second of generated video costs 10 credits, and the cost is shown before you generate.
- New accounts get 50 free credits, enough for one 5-second video.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Stripe processes all payments. Prices are shown in US dollars.
- Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Free credits may expire sooner. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- If a render fails, its credits are returned automatically. Requests refused for content-policy reasons keep their credits, and blocked uploads cost a 3-credit refusal fee.
- Credits on an account closed for breaking these Terms or our Content Policy are forfeited.
- Refunds of credit packs are covered by our Refund Policy.
10. AI output disclaimer
AI output can be wrong or odd. A generated person may not look exactly like the photo, and videos may contain glitches, distortions or other errors. Review every result before you use it. You are responsible for how you use and share it. Outputs are provided "as is".
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Springtide Labs, LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Springtide Labs, LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your uploads, the videos you generate, how you use or share them, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
14. Binding arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
- Try us first. Before starting arbitration, tell us about the dispute through the takedown form, choosing "Other", and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
- Arbitration. Any dispute between you and us relating to the service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Delaware, or by video or phone if you prefer.
- Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, or ask a court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
- Class action waiver. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. You and we both waive any right to a jury trial.
- Opt out. You can opt out of this section within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Send a notice through the takedown form, choosing "Other", with your account email and a statement that you opt out of arbitration.
- If this section does not apply to you, or the law where you live does not allow it, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
15. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, send a request through the takedown form, choosing "Other". We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms. Sections 4 to 6 and 9 to 17 survive termination, to the extent they apply.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give notice through the service. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Section 14 is also governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
18. Contact
We do not offer email support yet. For reports, use the takedown form. For anything else, use the same form and choose "Other".
